This session will consider the management of disabled children who are at increased risk of abuse and neglect. Healthcare staff coming into contact with children with disability include: paediatricians, GPs, health visitors, community paediatric nurses, therapists - physiotherapist, occupation therapists (OT) and SALT, child psychologists and psychiatrists, paediatric and orthopaedic surgeons, anaesthetists, dentists and others.
