The North West London Learning platform is a free online application which can be accessed from anywhere. It is a Learning Management System (LMS) which provides Primary Care Staff with training courses and resources in one centralised location. What we offer: Mandatory Training – allocated dependent on job role E-learning for Health (eLFH) courses IT Skills Pathway – from basic digital literacy and skills through to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word training Clinical System Training Courses - Emis and SystmOne Training Resources and Videos You can access all learning resources without logging on and will only need to log on when completing training or when booking on to a training session.				Updated on 20/03/2025 - Status: Site is Active IMPORTANT Over the next few weeks we will be reviewing our Statutory and Mandatory training allocation and renewals on the site. As apart of this work you may notice changes to your 'Record of Learning' in line with your training requirements. Please note that Safeguarding Adults and Children Levels 1 and 2 will be removed from all clinical staff roles, as clinical staff are only required to complete Safeguarding Level 3. Safeguarding Children Level 3 will be allocated to all clinical staff roles. However, Safeguarding Adults Level 3 will require attendance at a face-to-face or webinar session. Safeguarding Adults Level 3 Training

All care staff who engage in assessing, planning, intervening and evaluating the needs of adults where there are safeguarding concerns (as appropriate to role) are expected to complete level 3 training Over a 3-year period, professionals at this level should receive training equivalent to a minimum of 8 hours. This training is aimed at NWL ICB staff and Primary Care Colleagues

Domestic Abuse Training for Primary Care

Aim
To enhance knowledge, skills and confidence in understanding Domestic Abuse (DA)

Objectives:

Explore DA Concepts: Understand the different forms of domestic abuse (physical, emotional, psychological, economic, etc.).
Legislative Framework: Apply relevant laws and legislation that address DA.
Prevalence Awareness: Be aware of the widespread nature and statistics related to DA.
Recognise Indicators: Identify signs and indicators of DA to improve detection and intervention.
Community Impact: Understand how DA affects individuals, communities, and society, with a focus on the health and well-being of the child, victim, and perpetrator
