- Who Are We
The
Primary Care Systems Training team is
part of the overall Primary Care
Systems IT function. The team is
responsible for providing
clinical systems IT training to all primary care staff (clinical and non-clinical)
within NW London.
I
am Sandip Gill,
the Primary Care System Training Manager and I would like to take this
opportunity to introduce our subject matter expert training team, Krupa Mashru, Jina Patel and Zeba
Jamal.
- What We Do
The
Primary Care Systems Training team provide
on-line sessions as well as face to face training sessions across a wide range of topics. The team
also develops written guides, learning videos and can provide practice visits for training
sessions upon request. We
regularly review training
needs
and evaluate
our training programmes to develop training and learning resources in line with both local
and national requirements.

Working closely with you
will
ensure that the training and resources that we deliver to Primary Care Services can support
in providing the highest standard of patient care to the residents of North
West London.

- North West London Learning Hub
Our Learning Management System (LMS) provides Primary Care Staff with training courses and resources in one
centralised location. All of our training can be accessed and booked through
the North West London Learning Hub, which we as a team are responsible for
maintaining and evolving.
- Sandip Gill - Primary Care Systems Training Manager
I bring 20
years of experience to Primary Care and Clinical Systems, with a degree in
learning and development and Information Technology.
I am passionate about empowering individuals and teams
within the NHS and specialise in designing and delivering innovative training
programs with the support of my team in delivering advanced training programs
that drive personal and professional growth.
I believe that learning is a lifelong journey and am
dedicated to building a positive, supportive environment where staff members
feel empowered to take on new challenges and achieve their goals.
- Jina Patel - Primary Care Systems Trainer
I bring 20 years’ experience in Primary Care and am an enthusiastic and resourceful trainer dedicated to helping individuals and teams excel. With expertise in the development and design of the Learning Hub, by streamlining the process of recording, tracking, and managing training programs to enhance learning outcomes and maintain accurate training records whilst optimising the system to meet the organisations learning needs.
I believe in fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment where staff members feel empowered to ask questions, share insights, and apply new skills confidently.
- Krupa Mashru - Primary Care Systems Trainer
I am a dedicated and enthusiastic senior trainer with a passion for helping others achieve their goals by making complex concepts easy to understand. With over 10 years’ experience in training and facilitation within Primary Care, I excel in creating interactive and engaging sessions tailored to individuals and team needs.
I combine NHS expertise with a personalised approach to training by fostering a supportive learning environment and ensuring that every staff member walks away feeling confident and empowered.
My energy and ability to connect with people make every training session inspiring and impactful.
- Zeba Jamal - Primary Care Systems Trainer
I am dedicated Primary Care Systems Trainer with a passion for fostering
growth and development within teams. With over 20 years’ experience in the Primary
Care settings, I specialise in creating training programs that are both
impactful and enjoyable, ensuring every staff member leaves with practice
knowledge and renewed confidence.

roles.
