The Primary Care Systems Training team is part of the overall Primary Care Systems IT function. The team is responsible for providing clinical systems IT training to all primary care staff (clinical and non-clinical) within NW London.

The Primary Care Systems Training team provide on-line sessions as well as face to face training sessions across a wide range of topics. The team also develops written guides, learning videos and can provide practice visits for training sessions upon request. We regularly review training needs and evaluate our training programmes to develop training and learning resources in line with both local and national requirements.
Working closely with you will ensure that the training and resources that we deliver to Primary Care Services can support in providing the highest standard of patient care to the residents of North West London.

Our Learning Management System (LMS) provides Primary Care Staff with training courses and resources in one centralised location. All of our training can be accessed and booked through the North West London Learning Hub, which we as a team are responsible for maintaining and evolving.
I am dedicated Primary Care Systems Trainer with a passion for fostering growth and development within teams. With over 20 years’ experience in the Primary Care settings, I specialise in creating training programs that are both impactful and enjoyable, ensuring every staff member leaves with practice knowledge and renewed confidence.
