  Optum Help Centre - How to register

  To support and enhance your learning on EMIS Web, EMIS Now has a vast amount Learning materials. 

  To access Emis Now, (if you have not already got a account) you will need to register from the EMIS Now login screen.
  1. Navigate to the EMIS Now login screen - https://emisprod.service-now.com/csm?id=emis_landing 
  2. Select Create your EMIS Now account
  3. Enter your contact details and organisation CDB number 
  4. Tick the box confirming that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions
  5. Tick the I am not a robot authentication box
  6. Click Submit

  Once your request has been approved (if working in a practice this will be your practice manager), you will receive an email with details on how to generate a password for your account. If you receive an error stating A user account with your email already exists in the system, this means you already have an EMIS Now account. In order to sign into this account you just need to recover your password.

  EMIS Academy has now changed to Optum Learn. The new URL is www.optumlearn.com
  Optum Learn provides you access to Free Virtual and Interactive Courses for practices, earning badges and certificates as you go.

  You can sign up for an Optum Learn account from the Optum Learn homepage. 

  Create an Optum Learn account      

  1. On the EMIS Academy homepage homepage, click Register. 
  2. You will then be presented with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  3. Tick the boxes to agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Once you have agreed to the policies, the User Registration form is displayed.
  6. Complete the User Registration form including setting a password 
  7. Complete the security question (reCaptcha) to verify authenticity.
  8. Once reCaptcha authenticated, click Create my new account.
  9. You will receive a message advising that an email has been sent with details on how to verify/complete your registration.
  10. Once you receive the email, click the validation link to complete your registration. If you try to logon before clicking the validation link, you will receive a message advising that your account still needs activating with the option to have the validation email resent. 
  11. Once you click the validation link you will receive a message advising that your registration is complete.
