The North West London Learning platform is a free online application accessible from anywhere. 
It serves as a Learning Management System (LMS) that provides Primary Care Staff with training courses and resources in one centralised location.  

What We Offer:                  

• Mandatory Training: Allocated based on job role.
• E-learning for Health (eLFH) Courses: Comprehensive online courses for health professionals.
• IT Skills Pathway: From basic digital literacy and skills to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word training.
• Clinical System Training Courses: Training for Emis and SystmOne.
• Training Resources and Videos: A variety of resources to support your learning.

You can access all learning resources without logging in. Logging in is only required when completing 
training or booking a training session.

FYI - SAFEGUARDING ADULT - LEVEL 3

Dear Users,

This is to inform you that Primary Care Systems Training Team will be implementing 
changes to how Safeguarding Adults – Level 3 learning is recorded on the NWL Learning hub.

Safeguarding Adults – Level 3 course is mandatory for all registered healthcare staff 
and completed externally, as it is not offered on our platform.

Currently when a Safeguarding Adults – Level 3 has been completed externally, the certificate 
is provided to the team and it is added to your learning evidence section as external learning.

In the coming weeks we will be implementing a change to ensure that any user that 
has a Safeguarding Adults – Level 3 certificate in their learning evidence section, this will now be recorded as part of their Record of Learning.

If you have any queries regarding this change, please do not hesitate to

Kindly note for any external learning to be recorded in your record of learning, we 
kindly request for you to forward your learning certificate to the 
IT Service Desk (nhsnwl.servicedesk@nhs.net) with attention for the 
Primary Care Systems Training Team.  The Primary Care Systems Training Team will 
update your learning and your certificate will also be uploaded including the completion and 
renewal dates, providing a complete and accurate record of your training.
