Is the Training accepted by CQC?
The training platform has been accepted by the CQC team who has said “as long as records are maintained and available for our assessment upon request then any format should be acceptable” and so should make it easy for your practice to fulfill your mandatory training requirements.

How can I update or Add a Job Assignment
If you wish to update your Job Role, Organisation or Manager you can do this by updating your Job Assignment. Also, if you work across a number of different organisation you can add a extra Job Assignment which means that all organisations and managers can see your training record.
How do I update my Profile?
You can do a number of functions by clicking on your profile, such as change your Name, Password etc
- Click on View Profile on the top right corner of the window and:
- Click Profile:
- Click Edit Profile
- Make the changes to the necessary fields
- Scroll down and Click Update Profile
Can a manager remove their staff accounts from the NWL Learning hub??
No, we are looking into providing access to managers to
be able to manage their staff leaver accounts and will let you know when this
access is available.
In the meanwhile, please send the user names you would like to be remove from your practice to the NWL IT service desk (nhsnwl.servicedesk@nhs.net) and these accounts will be suspended.
